Products are shipped via UPS unless otherwise advised. We ship products as quickly as possible. If any item ordered is out of stock, the remainder of the order will be shipped immediately. The B/O (Back-ordered) item(s) will be shipped as soon as the merchandise is available. Shipments are completed through Ground Delivery. If it is necessary to ship "same day" additional shipping charges may apply.

Merchandise is charged according to British Columbia tax laws. There is a 5% GST (Goods and Service Tax) and 6% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) charged on all orders.
