Q.  Can I return the product if it is unsuitable? 
A.  Products may be returned if defective or if the item shipped was not what was ordered. When you receive your order please open the parcel carefully and inspect the contents. Check each item against the white packing list inside the carton.

If any merchandise arrives defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please email our Customer Service so we may correct the problem. A replacement product will be shipped to you immediately. You will be given instructions on how to handle the return. Please follow instructions exactly as stated.

Q. Do you accept cheques?
A. Products can be purchased using MasterCard, Visa, Amex, certified cheque or money order.

A. Bed sizes as follows:

Twin           36" x 75"
Full             54" x 75"
Queen       60" x 80"
King            78" x 80"

      Pillow sizes are as follows:

Twin            20" x 30"
Full              20" x 32"
Queen        20" x 40"
King            20" x 40"
